If modifications are required due to design communication issues, free adjustments can be applied for within 72 hours

When customizing products, customers should reserve a 5mm gap in the measured dimensions to ensure smooth installation

4.Regarding Delivery
The production cycle varies greatly depending on different product types. Since customized products are all hand-painted, the production cycle is generally 30 days. For urgent orders, please contact our customer service.
5.Color Difference Issue

Artwork grade glass requires the purchase of transportation insurance (with a premium of 0.8%). If not insured, compensation will only be based on 50% of the product, which may result in customs duties. It is recommended to keep the customs tax payment certificate
