We have replicated the angle at which light kisses water lilies. Using imported glazes, we recreate the shimmering water of Giverny Garden. The cloisonné enamel technique forms three-dimensional veins for the water lilies, so that touching them with fingertips feels like caressing real petals.

If modifications are required due to design communication issues, free adjustments can be applied for within 72 hours

When customizing products, customers should reserve a 5mm gap in the measured dimensions to ensure smooth installation

Dimensions, size, color and shape can all be customized. Due to the special nature of the products, customized items are not eligible for return or exchange. Thank you for your understanding!
4.Regarding Delivery
The production cycle varies greatly depending on different product types. Since customized products are all hand-painted, the production cycle is generally 30 days. For urgent orders, please contact our customer service.
5.Color Difference Issue
Due to factors such as lighting and monitor parameters, there may be slight color differences between the received product and the online images. Please refer to the actual product for the most accurate representation. If color accuracy is a concern, please consider carefully before purchasing.

8. Special Reminder
Artwork grade glass requires the purchase of transportation insurance (with a premium of 0.8%). If not insured, compensation will only be based on 50% of the product, which may result in customs duties. It is recommended to keep the customs tax payment certificate
